Party tents come in a variety of sizes to suit different event scales. Small tents are usually 3×3 meters or 4×4 meters, suitable for gatherings of 10 – 20 people. Medium-sized tents, such as 6×6 meters or 6×9 meters, can accommodate 30 – 60 people. Large tents can reach sizes of 9×15 meters or even larger, meeting the needs of large parties with over 100 people. You can flexibly choose according to the number of guests and event layout.
The setup time depends on the size and complexity of the tent. Small party tents can usually be set up by 2 – 3 people within 30 minutes to 1 hour. Medium-sized tents may take 4 – 6 people 1 – 2 hours, while large or customized tents may require a professional team 3 – 5 hours for installation. We also provide installation guidance services to ensure quick setup.
Our party tents are made of high-strength aluminum alloy frames and high-quality waterproof and wind-resistant tent fabrics. Most tents can withstand strong winds of level 6 – 8 and heavy rain. Some high-end models are specially designed to withstand a certain amount of snow. However, in case of extreme weather, it is recommended to take additional reinforcement measures or evacuate temporarily.
A variety of decorations and equipment can be flexibly installed inside party tents. For decorations, you can add colorful drapes, string lights, balloons, etc. to create an atmosphere. Ideally, the installation site should be as flat as possible and free of sharp objects. However, our tent design can adapt to a certain degree of slope and uneven ground by adjusting the supports and fixing with anchors. Avoid installing in unstable areas such as soft sand or swamps. If there are special circumstances at the site, you can communicate with us in advance for solutions.
